Mission:
- To develop JSS as an ideal training institution for providing vocational training, empowering the unemployed with the alternate source of income.
Objective:
- To provide the vocational trainings to those who belongs to the age group of 15-35 years and are illiterate, neo literates or have rudimentary level of education coming from different sections of the society.
- To provide vocational training to 8000 unemployed rural youths by 25th November 2014
- To generate social awareness among 20000 people of Gonda district on relevant and need based affairs and to motivate them to determine their own responsibility and involvement by 25th November 2014
- To provide follow up services for helping 2400 trained beneficiaries in getting gainful employment by 25th November 2014.

Achivements
Gradually the society is showing its inclination towards the need of self-reliance. Adding a feather to JSS efforts 20% beneficiaries have become either self-employed or wage employed. District has observed an apparent change towards emigrational trends.
